eBay business sellers - whats your golden nugget?

I have an ebay shop that has been ticking along nicely for a couple of years, I also sell the same products on etsy. In the last few months I've noticed an increase in sales on ebay which is great, so I think its time to give it a bit more of my time and try to increase sales further. I'd like to think I have all the basics in place, and we do well converting new customers with follow ups, who often then buy direct in the future. So my question to fellow ebay business sellers is:

Whats your golden nugget piece of advice that you think contributes to your ebay shop success?

Images and a great product description are the main ones we are normally advising clients will help the most!

Have a look at promoted listings standard and advanced on eBay as well.

You can target specific keywords and phrases to get your products showing at the top of search or just run completely automated promotions if you're happy to pay more in commission.

Ebay is starting to die off as it now has quite a bit of competion.

Promoted listings is a bit of a con to part with more of your money, I never go above 2% and only do that to get interest.
Same day dispatch is a must, I find that the biggest bonus for sales.
