Can anyone recommend a decent book-keeper?

Hi all,

We've been relying on our PA service for a temporary sticking plaster for our book-keeping to date, but are looking to move. Can anyone recommend a good book-keeper?

We're a service business, some products, use Xero, nothing crazy, currently using between 8 and 12 hours a month (a smidge over occasionally).

If anyone has any guidance on what the going rate is these days, that would be amazing too!
