The employees here love it - absence is low, tax free (limited) bonuses, badge of honour for many long-servers.

I get the impression he coumd have sold it to a competitor but it’s his life’s work and there’s a great culture there

I think the directors have all had a few quid out of it. And resigned and a trustee has
Been set that runs it and 75 percent is owned by the staff now
