Thinking of investing with these guys, don’t mind the money being tied up for a number of years. Does anyone have any experience with them ?
Thanks in advance

No direct experience but always interesting to see what people are doing with respect to property investment so had a quick look.

I like the FAQs. Especially the answer to “what if I decide I want my money back”. https://crowd2let.com/faqs/

Fwiw, I wouldn’t be buying rentals with a five year resale horizon right now. There is a reasonable chance that you won’t see any house price inflation in that period, potentially even a reduction, which rather changes the overall investment picture (especially for something where someone else is making money at various points along the way).

Always interesting to look up accounts on companies house to see size and financial standing of any investment operation as well.

You do wonder how much longer prices can continue to rise, they've been going up for my entire life (50 years). I guess they will continue to do so until the money runs out.

That said, it also depends what they are bought for (£)
