I have recently developed a website and I'm looking for ways to track customer feedback. What methods can I use to monitor customer experience and measure the success of my website? Are there any tools available to help me track customer feedback?

More than likely. There's been a spike in the number of these 1 post accounts on here recently - primed for future spamming and / or chatbot style replies.

Edit - just ran the OP username through Google - spam / chatbot pretty much confirmed with the results.
