Looking for some advice, the organisation I work for is looking to buy a drone from a US company. It's either going to be shipped over or someone is going to hop on a plane and collect it.

I've checked on the govt website regarding import duty and VAT but can anyone advise what we'd be liable to pay? Would it just be these or is there something else I need to be aware of?

TIA

I'm assuming you're buying from the US because it's not available in the UK and that we're talking something several rungs up from DJi Pro 3. If that's the case, you should establish why to check that there's nothing in the spec that forbids its use here. You'll probably know this better than me but I'd imagine there to be potential questions around operating frequencies, geo-fencing and such like.

Thanks and good points, yes it's a bit more sophisticated than a DJi. Will check.

If you do decide you need someone to airfreight it over and take care of customs clearance, feel free to message
