Hi all

For those using Alibaba for sourcing goods, have you ever had issues with your account being locked out by Alibaba's account monitoring systems?

I've recently started using Alibaba to help my wife source products for her business but since setting the account up 2 weeks ago, it's been locked out 4 times! They can offer no explanation why it's happening other than regurgitate the same stock responses like accounts get locked out due to "high risk activity", or spamming suppliers etc which we're obviously not doing. The first two times it locked out we hadn't even contacted a single supplier due to Chinese New Year, just browsed and searched for products/suppliers then bookmarked the ones we liked in the favourites! I've scanned my laptop just in case of anything untoward and have also changed the account password, but once again this evening it's been locked out and I've got to wait 12-24 hours for the support request to filter through and have it unlocked which means being unable to respond to the one supplier I've been having dialogue with.

This obviously isn't normal otherwise nobody would do business with Alibaba but I honestly have no idea what I can do differently to prevent it happening. Any ideas?
