Just recently agreed to lease a property that I can use for car storage for potential customers cars( up to 30 cars), struggling to find insurance, anyone any ideas?

They aren't your cars
Ask your customers to ensure their insurance covers the vehicles in storage at your location.

You need a good motor trade broker, give Bollington a try.

It’s something I can assist with if needed.

Also may I recommend looking 8th legal assistance for writing your terms of storage

I had a couple of cars in storage and had them insured at that site.

However, the owner also had the site insured so if, for example, the building burnt down it would be his liability and not mine.

I looked into this previously, but stumbled because there's another business operating out of the same building, and the interior space is open between them. Could you help in that situation?

Thread resurrection..

Also looking for a broker to speak with regarding this for around 12,000 sqf - owned not leased.

Bollington/ Gallagher couldn't help.

Building cover with option to include vehicles.
