LL IN01 LLP Incorporation Form

Hi All, I hope somebody can help. I am setting up a Limited Liability Partnership with 2 members, both designated members. Do I need to include them as PSCs in section D, or is this 'automatic'?

With just the 2 members, no outside influence, I assume Sections E and F are also left blank?
