EICR for 800sq ft industrial unit

Vacating an industrial unit at the end of the lease and the landlord's agent says I must provide an EICR for it.

There's about ten double sockets and eight ceiling lights in total. Nothing complicated.

Any idea how much it's likely to cost? A rough idea?

I always thought that was for the landlord to provide for the next occupier.

Oh, and for what you have shouldn't be more than a couple of hours labour. Call it 200 quid.

Perfect. I need to check the paperwork because I'm not convinced as tenant I should be paying.

But if I do, £200 isn't going to break the bank.
