Rent increases

A question for landlords, what price increases have you applied to rents recently? I'm negotiating a new agreement on a parking space and looking for a reference point as don't have a clue.

Some of mine have gone up 30%

I put ours up by 5% in October, but we are still asking about £150-200pm less than the going rate.
