I am having real trouble getting some bespoke external mouldings done for some houses with a lead time of 3-4 months for traditional methods.

Is there a quicker and easier way of doing this?

Could they be 3D printed, or routed from plastic using CAD drawings?

Any and all creative suggestions very welcome!

How big are they? 3D printers are often quite limited in what sizes they can produce. Have you got the drawings (to post)?

Quite big…both the pediment and window surrounds in the picture below, for example;

Very impressive! What material are you planning to use? Obviously back in the day they would have been stucco/render.

Thanks.

That was the aim, but it seems to be taking months, hence the hunt for alternatives!

Fibreglass?

But if you're dealing with listed properties you might have to go traditional.

Not listed, but high quality.

Happy to consider anything good, and rapidly producible.
