Hi all

Can anyone recommend a relatively simple VDR to host company information as part of a share investment round?

It doesn't need to be too fancy/confusing. Also, any idea on costs? There seem to be a lot of options out there but no prices until you have spoken to the sales guy!

We've used Docsend, which is cheap and simple. And no need to have your ear chewed off by a b2b SaaS salesperson.

Thanks very much, that looks just the ticket.

If you google VDR you just get dozens of sites which are obviously paid to list providers and no access to pricing. So infuriating!

Your experience sounds about right buying SaaS has become a nightmare recently. Endless clones of one another, endless conversations with (mostly) inept salespeople, ridiculous pricing and contract terms!
