Employing someone in the UK from overseas

Hi, possibly looking to recruit a skilled worker from India - checking to see if anyone here has gone through the process.

As far as I can work out, I need:

1. A Worker licence (£536)
2. A certificate of sponsorship (£199)
3. Immigration skills charge (£364 for first 12 months, £182 for each additional 6 months)

Have I missed anything?
