No tried that - just shows you the directors, addresses and stuff - I need detailed info on the shareholders not just the directors - I know they can be both but I need to know how many shares each person has been allocated.
IIRC, from watching too much Chancer as a young un...
Only a stockbroker has legitimate access to the details of shareholders, in terms of names addresses and % owned type things.
If its your company, contact your broker.
If its not, and you have been buying too many shares of that company, you need to declare things to someone.
I suspect if I knew who to and how, I'd be driving a new Porsche, rather than my old hack

Not an expert but a stock broker will not have access to private limited companies as the shares are not actively traded - only listed companies shares are traded and hence available through a broker.
The first Companies House Annual Return made by a newly formed company features the names and addresses of the shareholders and the shares issued to them. After that, a list is submitted every third year as part of that year's return. However, if shares are transferred during a year or new shares issued/alotted, then an updated list of shareholders needs to be submitted for that year anyway.
If you carry out an on-line Company Search you can obtain a copy of the latest annual return submitted. It may or may not list the shareholders dependent on the above factors. However, older Annual Returns can be obtained if you are prepared to carry out an old fashioned physical Company Search.

Thanks Eric - the only problem is the company in question is only 4 months old so no reports at Companies House.
