Recruiting staff! Anyone help?

Well I'm just in the process of hiring a couple of sales people to sell design & print. I am advertising locally in Winchester & Newbury but if anyone is interested or knows someone then please can they email me their CV's.

Just so you know I am looking for someone who has a consultative and relationship sales approach.

I am already working with some recruitment agencies so please I don't need any more. Unless they can beat 12.5% recruitment fees.
