CFD Trading

Anyone trade in CFDs that can recommend the best internet sites to use.

So far i've looked at 3i and igMarkets.

igMarkets offer initial margins of 5% and 0.15% commision on sell & buy. Is this a good commision? (and I think 0.3% to place stop loss).

3i offer commision free on some trades but i've used there share dealing site and im not very impressed with their site (especially the money transfer, which never completes the transfer!!!)

Ideally I want no account set up fee and no inactivity fee if I dont use it for a while. Also want a reliable site that isn't going to go down every other day.
