Im with lloyds and very dissillusioned with their service, anyone have any recomendations of others?

Lloyds just seem to want to seel me loans and income protection, with no real understanding of my business and a very lax approach to customer service.

Unfortunatly, all banks are the same now.

I was with Barclays for 10 plus years and then a new manager that handled my account pissed me off big time. So I looked at opening another account elsewhere.

Natwest charged £10 per month for physical access to a business mager. £10 per month!!!!! WTF!!!!!

In the end I stayed with Barclays, but got a new manager who is really good and understands what I need.

So it's not which bank to join, but wether you can find a "good" manager.

I hold my personal account with hsbc and business too.

I played tough with them and got them to extend the free banking period. Its up to 4 years now.

If you are contracting in IT,then just say what I said - look I'm not a penny arcade thats going to need loads of your time - you just bank my money and use it.So dont think I'm paying you a penny for using my cash mr bank manager.
