corporate letting, anyone know anyone ?

Hi chaps, anyone know anyone, i have a flat I am considering letting out, ideally for short term spells.

Maybe you need to be a bit more specific.

Are you asking if anyone knows a business who might want to place employee's in accommodation?

Where is the property located?

sorry, I mean an agency that deals with companies who might want to rent it (or a company who rents for themselves). Its on brighton seafront & done to a very high standard.

That narrows it down a bit. The best thing is to find out who the big employers in the area are and then enquire with them if they place employees in accommodation. I would sugget schools, hospitals and local councils might be the biggest employers.

Isn't there a university down that way?

re: what eric mentioned I have a contact in the university I might be able to lever info out of regarding whether they'd be interested - would that help?

yep, sounds good. However, I dont want students, i have successfully let it for the last few years and am looking to do it out to a high standard & rent for short term & also use it myself. But any help much appreciated, cheers.

I was thinking more staff than students
