Having just had a planning application passed I'm now looking at ways forward for the development.
Bascically I have a large house with about 3/4 acre of land which now has planning for 3 detached dwellings on the garden and for the old house to come down and new one in its place.
naturally I have loads of builders interested but all want a large slice of the pie.

What would the opinions be on taking this on myself, I have a pall in the building game who is keen to get involved, but we have a small issue with funding.

Any help would be appreciated as well as ideas on funding.

Cheers

Phil

Perfect timing!

Get yourself up to the NEC in a couple of weeks time for the Home Building and Renovating Show.

Lots of seminars on funding, building, sub-ing it out etc.

You will be further down the road then 80% of the visiters so people should give you a good chunk of thier time.

We will be there in the Smart Home Show bit, the new web site I am building for the show has a link through to be able to get tickets. www.konnect2.net

The show is co-located and you can walk from one to the other.

Phil- am currently working on a similar project for a client.

If you already own the land, funding should not be a problem (80-100% of buuild costs available).

We can help! Drop me a mail if you want to discuss.

Actually Phil.

Drop me a pm with your address and I'll stick some free tickets in the post to you.

Just make sure you pop by stand 3110 in the Smart Home Show for a chat and I can show you what level of networking and control is possible in a house.
