Hi all

We have recently moved into some new offices that we have purchased.

Does anyone know an 'guide price' for having a vending machine in the office and a good supplier? We are in Chippenham, Wiltshire.
thanks

Whenever I've looked into this it's been very expensive unless you're going to have hundreds of staff to turn the stock over.

The charge out price always seems high too - we ultimately binned the idea as we were 2 doors down from Tesco where staff could buy whatever they wanted at half the price.

You don't state if it will be drink or chocolate/crisps?

Both options however are expensive, how many staff you got?

With fizzy pop vending machines the magic number was 100 people either on site or visiting the site every day.

the suppliers want a return on their investment in machines ... the alternative is to buy a machine and stock it yourself .

AIUI fizzy pop and chocolate. crisps etc tends to be supplier owned machines on service contracts tand they really want to turn stock over fairly rapidly , other stuff depends on the who the supplier is or if the site is big enough to have it;s own dining room /canteen and the machiens are for 'out of hours' ...

This is just a general question and not a criticism; is the staff eating rubbish out of a vending machine a good thing?

Bring back Tealadiespersons! wobble How does that work? Is there a nominated person or is it run on honesty?

We have a drinks one and a crisps/choc one for our office of around 50 people. Rental is just over £100 per month.
