Looking for a builder in Essex/Suffolk

No builders in the Directory yet so here's a direct appeal...

I need a chap who can remove the vent pipe from my roof and make good the hole with new tiles, felt etc.

A one-man band, ideally not VAT-reg, would be ideal. Can anyone recommend someone in the Colchester/Ipswich area?
