Business Vehicles - Finance Lease ?

Looking to get a pickup throught the business, but don't really want anything on a term of more than 18 months.

All quotes have been similar costs on standard contract hire, however, one company rang up with a slightly cheaper price, AND, they said that under Finance Lease I could just hand the vehicle back whenever I wanted, without any charge.

Is this correct ? Seems too good to be true.

Be aware of the differing tax allowance sapplicable to leased vehicles as opposed to owned vehicles or vehicles acquired under HP or straight bank loans.
