Any QA Gurus on PH?

Hi,

--Hope you dont mind Ted, but thought this might benefit a PH'er before I go to the masses -----

I am looking for a very strong QA with experience of manual and automated testing, as well as strong SQL.

Where we are struggling is finding people who also have experience of all of the above and configuring IIS or Apache webservers.
