Selling into the new NHS

Just wondered if there is anyone out there who is actively engaged with selling pharmaceuticals at a high level into the new NHS. I am trying to grasp: Strategic Health Authorities, PCTs and how decision is organised between primary and secondary care. All heavy stuff I know, but the NHS is a mightly animal to reckon with.
