Hiring a training room in London?

Need a room in Central London, (Oxford Street area would be ideal), for about 15 people, with a break out room for half the group, or a larger room that we can easily send one group to the other end for syndicate work. 9th Feb, all day, (09:00-17:30).

My usual source of such rooms has drawn a blank, anyone know of where I might be able to find a room? Hotels are always an option, but I'm trying to not pay through the nose..
