I am going to the small claims court with ****.com having got nowhere with normal methods of chasing up the money they owe use.

Has anyone got any advice as to what I will need to take to court? My only evidence is the bank statement which shows money leaving our account, as well as our account history with ****.com . So obviously I should take with me screen printouts and the bank statement. Anything else?

I also claimed for costs - about £30 for filing the claim, and 5% interest. Maybe this is what they object to?

Any help or experince much appreciated

If your case is watertight and they don't turn up to defend it (eg because you moved the hearing to a court near to you and far from them) it'll probably go straight through in your favour.

If they are 'professioal non-payers' you're unlikely to get any money; they will just collect another CCJ for their wall.

It's a real bugger when people don't pay for stuff or services they've had. I'm usually owed up to 9k by people who have work done and then deceide it's ok not to pay for a few weeks, or months.

I'm currently in the process of taking a customer to court (well my solicitor is) for work done and not paid for.

I wish you the very best, these people really piss me off big time. ..
