Has any one used this (?) I'm not 100% sure of giving my details/money and NOT getting a reciept.

Forget it.
No customer number on forms, phoned helpline, 2:35 mins later get through to automated responce 1:47 find out I've got to phone my area office.
Phone them, get numpty, numpty goes off on tangent take 3 mins to get numpty going in right direction, am re-directed to an "officer".

"officer" tells me that they do not give that information over phone................................................................................
