Shiply has gone down the swanny - any similar sites?

So we have ad hoc deliveries all over the world but a lot in the UK. We used to list deliveries on there and get 10-20 quote every time. The last few I have put on we've had bugger all!

Is there another rival site thats set up I dont know about?

We have a car panel to go from West Yorkshire to Kent on Friday and nobody quoting at the moment!

Good call on anyvan evidently thats where they have all migrated to. Listed delivery and got 8 quotes within a couple of hours

I've also had nothing from Shiply since listing a car for transport.

Used to get half a dozen quotes inside an hour before.

Anyone know what other services exist or can recommend the one mentioned above?

Had a listing with them since last night and not a bean. Both seem incredibly quiet.

Bit of a random thing to look for, thought you were sending a car panel? Think bigger items you should give http://www.tuffnells.co.uk/home a go instead as they specialise in big bulky items like that, or https://www.dxdelivery.com/

This is a car site and I did say I was looking to transport a car!

I thought taking it apart and posting all the individual parts was more random.

I was wondering how a website like Shiply could possibly go under considering they're just a middle man and even a six form business studies graduate should be able to work out how much of a cut they need to take in order to be profitable!

Cost of customer acquisition a huge driver in such a competitive marketplace.

Funnily enough this was my post and I was struggling yesterday with another delivery. Brexit has impacted the provision of services by a lot as there are less drivers around these days. Shiply have come out on top though any van it just doesn't seem like there is anyone on there any more.
