European branch to business.....

Looking for a little advice again....

Am wanting to open a branch of my business over in Germany.....

Who would be the best people to talk to as regards to how to set this up???

Do I need another limited company over in Germany owned by the UK Ltd or could I do it as a branch so to speak???

Any pointers gladly appreciated...

I've heard of German folk thinking about or getting a UK Ltd company to trade in Germany, as they have requirements for the amount of capital, but I'm sure someone might be able to help you.

If no-one does help, is there a German embassy or Trade body that might be able to help.

I'd have thought the first port of call could be the German Chamber of Commerce in London?
