Exactly that, we require a call centre with a broad view on new business generation.
For an exciting and ongoing new contract.
All in bound calls very varied, 24/7 cover.

Anyone in the industry out there?

Until recently I worked for a small callcentre outsourcer.
I dont work for them any more, but still consider the owners of the business friends and can heartily recommend them.

If you drop me a mail through my profile then I will happily pass your details along.

Alternatively, as this is inbound and you have an idea of the volumes it could be one hell of a lot cheaper to do it yourself...

Outsourcers within the UK your talking anthing from £15 per operating hour upwards, and £15 is cheap. You will be paying a premium for 24 hour coverage, as they will have to pay a premium for staff working the nightshift. Add to that the startup costs (project setup, IT etc) that will set you back (guesstimate without knowing the volumes or requirements) a couple of grand.

I'm not employed within the industry at the moment but I've worked in callcentre outsourcing all my working life, so if your after any advice without specific bias (well, not a lot of bias...) then I would be very happy to help.

If you dont get any joy anywhere else then the company I work for is a big player in the call centre market.

As much as I would like to help out a PH'er the thought of lining the pockets of this place does somewhat outweigh it...

Thanks mate currently paying £13 for dedicated staff, or 45ppm for bureau basis. Looking to launch a new service based solely on bureau but large numbers of calls. Possibility of equity/profit share set up. Hence looking at an expanding centre or new business.

Anything spring to mind?

None invoicing is taken care of by reverse charge text. Not willing to out source overseas simply looking to cushion a ramp up in our existing centre.

Bit restricitve if you don't call with your mobile plus the revenue payout is much lower than a premium rate number in additional to all the claw backs with mobile payouts.......trust me, been there done that
