How to sell a dating website?

Guys, some of you may know I have been working on a dating website over the last year. I have recently got a new job and it has now come time to move on.
I want to sell the site and hopefully make a few quid for all the time and money I have invested.
The problem is I really don't know how to go about it.
Has anyone ever sold a website before?
Does anyone know anyone who has?
I put a listing on Sedo, but unless you put a tracker on your site they will only list you in the domains for sale bit and it all seems a bit hit and miss.

Any ideas?

if its small scale (no large fee paying advertisers) then eBay would be your best / only real bet.
