is this how they funded that new Spanish airport that is sat unused ?

when do you get your money back? is it reliant on income generated by the facility when finished, or are they giving you a 300% return upon building completion ?

The circuit seems to be mainly used for testing and training with a few track days, both bike and car. So a car nut might get to see some unusual stuff. One thing I did notice on the website is that they allow 24 hour running and no noise limit, not necessarily both at the same time but something to be aware of.

Also if you look at the maps on the circuit website: http://www.guadixcircuit.com/ it does look a bit bleak and barren in the local area. Finally that investment website isn't exactly clear on what they're offering? I 'think' it's apartments around the circuit but It's not very clear.

A group of us (Atom Owner's Club) hired the circuit for a weekend last year. I can confirm it is more or less in the middle of nowhere, the nearest town is a good 5-6 miles away. Not sure I would say it was bleak, there are some great views of the mountains and it seems to be quite a nice region, about 2 hours drive from the airport in Malaga.

Don't think I would invest there, my friends are going back in a few weeks I could get them to find out what the deal is from Clive the circuit's (British) owner.
