I have a limited company with a UK GBP business account. I need to make a payment to a company in italy in Euros. They don't take credit cards so what is the easiest way to arrange payment? It's not a large amount, probably less than £300.

Thanks in advance.

If it's a one-off, how about PayPal? The funds come out of your credit card account and you put it in the books as 'private money used for business' etc.

You just need an e-mail address at each end.

bank transfer? I have done it between Botswana and the UK when I was working out there, and I know I could do it the other way. It is not cheap but it is secure and easy

I can arrange this for you through money exchange companies that i deal with. I own an estate agents in spain and have to transfer funds for my uk clients to purchase in euros here in spain. I also get better rates than the uk high street banks and your costs of transfer will be less. Contact me if you need some more info.
