Serviced office operators are your best bet eg Regus, MWB, HQ etc. They have lots of central London locations, and will even provide tea and bikkies, at a price of course!.

(Assuming moderators don't mind shameless self promotion, visit my website via my profile and click on "serviced offices". Fill in details of what you want and you will get a list e-mailed back to you.)

Also try the Institute of Directors (IoD) in Pall Mall.

I used Regus the other day. Although they're expensive for long term space, for a one off meeting it was an excellent service at a reasonable price.

Hotels are probably a good bet as well, many of them have function rooms that can be happily used for a meeting.

The additional advantage of having catering onsite and waitress service for tea and coffee is rather nice as well.

From experience, they can also be substantially cheaper than someone like Regus as well.

The National Film Theatre on the South Bank has rooms available for hire, with good food on site too!

Weve been using the Holiday Inn facilities to run our seminars and training course, the rooms are good, the food is great, and it isnt too expensive.
