do you do european insurance, i.e. annual green card without the need to pop home every 90 days?

I dont need it at the moment (just renewed a couple of months ago) but could be interested next time I do

Yes we do old bean, but as we are a broker I can't gurantee all our products do, so specify it at the time of asking for a quote so either myself or my collegues can get you what you want.
