Has anyone here had any experience of either using or being on the receiving end of a Gallup interview? I have a preliminary telephone Gallup interview coming up for a very good job and would like to prepare myself as much as possible in advance - working on the premise that if I have a better idea of what to expect, the better I will do.

Many thanks

Bryan

Havent done one but have candidated that have. All I would advise is try not to give the answer you think it wants. Just be yourself.

However if you feel that your personality could stand in the way of you getting the job????.....

Good Luck

Try not to think topo hard, that can go against you, just be quick and precise with your answers.

Thanks chaps,

Another quick q then..

If you give an answer to a particular question e.g. what do you think is the more important: a good product or good customer relationships? And then answer say - customer. Do they then go on to ask why or give an example?

I guess this is all about the 'emotional content' of a particular job?
