Bit of a long shot, but would anyone out there have any knowledge of premium rate telephony?

Looking at a possible project with a friend of mine using premium rate telephony and SMS micropayments for domestic tech support.

There are a host of others in the ideas pipeline, however the snag we seem to have hit at the moment is the sheer inability to get hold of any info on the telephony (other than the "promote this service for £££") sites...

Trying to find out, at this stage:

Setup costs
Running costs
Revenue per minute (and the charge per minute to achieve that revenue)

If you want to email me offline I will be able to give some pointers.

Have loads of contacts in the telecoms space and, personally, a background in SMS and payments.

Phil.

Hi,

Drop me a line through my profile - I am a Director of a Licensed Telco - we can provide PRS and SMS services with ease!

Cheers

Thanks guys,

PH mails are setup to hit my Hotmail account - which I cant access from work (suprised the firewall lets me through to PH considering what else it blocks...) so I wont be able to reply to mails until tonight.

Sorry about the delay in coming back to people on this one, my home internet access has been rather intermittent and as mentioned I cant reach Hotmail from work... Add the PH outage etc...

I should be 100% functional at home as of this evening however.

The information I was after at this stage was primarily for PRS, essentially:

Setup and running costs
Revenue share
Revenue timetables (ie when do we get paid :P)

I'm in the very early stages of a project with some friends of mine, so as a result this isnt likely to progress for several months (assuming all goes well).

Do you know of any ISPs or resellers that may be interested in ramping up their residential subscribers via a no win no fee partnership? Just working on a one off customer acquisition fee - I am working with a client of mine to try and help them find interested parties.
Any help much appreciated
Cheers

Simon - If its any help, I have done a fair bit of strategic work on-line, including a lot of alliance management and strategic partnership work. Also have done a fair bit with various ISP's.

If I can help, drop me an email.

Cheers

Thanks - Would really appreciate any ideas - you don't have a link to your email on your profile though.
Would you mind dropping me a line via my profile?
Thanks
