European interests

Anyone here have contacts in Europe (preferably sunnier countries), who have access to Mechanics ?

I have a Business Idea, which I think may take off but would be looking for a business partner that has connections there already.

Idea involves very minimal outlay and would be mainly operated at the location in question. Just need someone to sound out the idea and take it forward

Just bear in mind that engine modifications are illigal in certain European countries if thats the route your going (France for one)
