A week ago I got a small office supplies catalogue from Neat Ideas in Doncaster. Some of the prices were very good so I filled in the order form and faxed it off.

I've had no acknowledgement and their phone number is always busy. Anyone else managed to order anything?

"Neat Ideas" is a name that rings a bell. They've been going for years, haven't they? Or am I thinking of someone else?

I think they may be connected to Quill... I'm sure I saw that logo somewhere.

I use www.eurooffice.co.uk

My wife found them a couple of months ago when ordering her desk filofax system, IIRC she got a 40% saving

Next day delivery, internet ordering, excellent prices and they collected & gave full credit to my Ccard when the cheap inkjet carts didn't work in the printer.

Highly recommended.

Good special offers and I got some free sweets delivered this week.

I'm looking for an office shredder and compared the prices from www.staples.co.uk with www.eurooffice.co.uk and found Staples to be considerably cheaper.

However, I didn't check any other products and I haven't ordered from Staples before.

Has anyone any more light on the above?

Many thanks.

Never had a problem with Staples. There stuff seems OK and the delivery is prompt. Also if you have a branch nearby you can take any returns there rather than wotsitting around with postage returns.

Viking ( www.viking.co.uk )are also good and competitive on price but there website isn't as user freindly.
