I tried to get a worldpay account ages ago, but the messed me around so much that i told them where to get off (politely)

So I go with a company called Web-Merchant. Unfortunately they use Worldpay payment processing (WorldDirect). Three weeks of essentially twiddling my thumbs , with Web-Merchant also phoning etc. in the background, my account has gone 'live' twice so far - yet it still says the account is "suspended" if i try to test it. they also "lost" paperwork a few times. They took my money quick enough though.

Their techical help desk has been a bit bemused by all this , but it appears that they might have found the problem, and things *might* get sorted.

Oh how I wish they had competitors
