Apart from a blanket refusal to buy anything from anyone that believes Spam is a valid marketing tool?

It looks a little bare at the moment so guess it's only just started.

Although I'd steer clear of them because of the spam, the concept can work. I've used Elance in the past to get graphics done and it seemed to work quite well.

There used to be another freelancers site called ants(?) but can't find it offhand.
