Electronic circuit designer needed

I'm looking for someone with good knowledge of circuit design, and enough vehicle mechanical knowledge to understand what I am trying to achieve, for a small one-off design project. I'll pay for the actual design work, then (if it proves commercially viable) a royalty for every one I sell. This will not make anyone rich, I reckon I'll be lucky if I sell 500 units at £50 each.

If anyone can help, please contact me by e-mail. The design is basically a timer circuit with three inputs, controlling a large relay. However, I know absolutely nothing about electronics, so I cannot tell whether what I want to do is technically feasible at a sensible cost.
