I've seen companys that sell ready made LTd companys. Are these any good? Can anyone recomend one?

Doing it myself cost £25.

£20 in fees to companies house.

£5 to get a solicitor to fill in the declaration.

It's not that difficult to do really.

You need an incorporation starter pack.

www.companieshouse.gov.uk/infoAndGuide/infoStarterPack.shtml

Just fill in the details and they send you it.

Approx 5 sides of A4 to fill in, nothing too difficult.

You also need to submit memorandum and articles, I have a word file I can send you, just fill in the blanks really.
