WANTED : ASP/PHP developer with time on hands

As the title says, I need a software developer to work with me on a few projects.

ASP/PHP/Web skills base.

Looking for a partner rather than 'just' an employee - I've got the ideas and some cash for hosting, etc.

Midlands area prefered.
