I need to rent an Industrial unit of 500 -1000sq ft in Surrey otr Berkshire, has anybody got any usefull contacts.

If you are a start up business you could do worse than contact some local authorities. Most of them have business incubator units and offer very good deals. They are often easy in/easy out which means that you don't get locked in to a long term or high cost rental so if you fail and need to get out or succeed and need to move to bigger premises you aren't locked in.

Anywhere in Surrey or Berks, but it really should be outside the M25 (or just inside) Havig looked at premises today i've found 500sq is the absolute min, i really need 600- 700 sq ft
