Anyone here got a decent pro-forma letter of intent for use when creating a business venture?

I know that they have little legal weight, but they are a good way to ensure that all the founding parties are agreed on the intention to share equity and the planned splits etc..

Anyone?

If you do get one share it this way aswell - as I have been trying to sort one of these for the last week - basically a partnership agreement (but to cover a Ltd company)
