Business Development Plans

Anyone written one? If so, any chance of seeing an example. I've got to do one for an interview for a 'vertical' in an existing IT services/consultancy. Any specific info about IT and trends in the retail sector would be handy. The plan I need to do doesn't need to be huge but I'm just trying to decide on the key things that will 'win the day' in the interview and presentation.

If its a business planning tool you are after, I got one from the Lloyds TSB website. You basically oirder it as a fre disc and then it just asks you a series of basic questions and at the end produces a Business Plan with SWOT analysis, competitor analysis and basic cashflow projections.

I think it was called routemap and was available from www.lloydstsb.co.uk
