Contracting question .....Ltd companies & the IOM

Hi All
I work in the car industry as a contractor and its basically the same setup as most IT contractors. I've been working in Oz for a while and I am now returning to Europe to contract again. Previously when I contracted in Europe I worked under an Umbrella company, which was fine. This time I want to set up a LTD company, as I will be (hopefully) contracting for at least 18 months - 2 years. I was thinking about setting one up in the Isle of Man? Does anyone have any experience of this, pros cons etc. My main reason is that since I’ve got out of the UK now I would like to stay that way!
