AS 400 exp plus Cool 2E and Cool plex

I am a technical recruiter supplying the Automotive and Motorsport industries. One of my clients has asked for advice on supplying an IT contractor with experience of the above.
I am afraid I am not IT literate and this means very little to me.

I only ask because this doesnt come up often.
12 years 2E and 10 years Plex oh and 12 years AS/400 as both an operator and a developer/architect.
